Real World Spa Learning
National Academy’s new state-of-the-art Esthetics facility is truly a real world spa teaching model. Students learn in a professional spa environment, assisting clients in the Institute’s guest program.
Services and procedures are performed in private, professional treatment rooms equipped with the latest skin care technologies. Our students consult with clients both prior to and after treatments, discussing procedures and products they can use at home to keep their skin fresh, healthy and looking great.
The Institute teaches and emphasizes communication and relationship management skills necessary in understanding their guest’s needs.

The National Academy learning program is supplemented with frequent expert guest speakers and salon owners, many of whom serve on our advisory board. Speakers lecture on a variety of subjects related to your career success and challenges.

Skin Care, Make-up Techniques, Microdermabrasion, Facials, Chemical Peels, Reflexology, Massage, Body Treatments, Body Wraps, Hair Removal Procedures, Cellulite Treatments and More.
The curriculum also educates students on the varied business opportunities and practices in the skin care profession. In the retail lab, students gain an understanding of the art and science of sales and customer service. This unique, comprehensive retail experience enhances our student’s education and further prepares them for a career in Esthetics.
